Participants will receive an official Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification valid for two years upon successful completion.

⚠️ Prerequisite Swim Test

Please note that all participants must pass a prerequisite skills test on the first day to gain entry into the class. Ensure you are prepared for the following requirements:

• 200-Meter Swim: Must be completed using either Freestyle or Breaststroke.

• 2-Minute Tread: Must tread water for 2 minutes using legs only (no hands).

• Brick Retrieval Test: A timed object recovery test that must be completed under 1:40.
