Do-it-yourself mechanics wishing to use the Auto Skills Shop are required to read the Auto Skills SOP then download and fill out the questionnaire below. Once you have completed the questionnaire, print out the last two pages of the PDF and please take the form over to the Auto Skills Center (Bldg. 1430). You will be given a shop orientation and issued a shop card.
