Join the CSM Winter (Workout of the Day) WOD Challenge, starting Monday, November 25th! Civilians and Service Members alike can participate in the Challenge. Participants will need to head over to Bell Gym during regular business hours and complete each workout shown below in the proper week. This is a progressive challenge, and all workouts must be completed in order and observed by a senior leader or Bell Gym staff member. There will be categories for men and women and one winner from each category will receive an Army achievement medal*, trophy, and bragging rights as the “Fittest on WSMR”! (*Civilian winners will receive a certificate from the CG and CSM).
