Join Bell Gym for their Strong B.A.N.D.S Bell Nutrition event on May 21st hosted at both Bell Gym and the Frontier Club!
In the morning from 6 AM - 9AM you can stop by Bell Gym for healthy, light refreshments where they'll be teaching light and easy workouts!
For those that can't make it in the morning, this will also be hosted at the Frontier Club from 11 AM - 1:30 PM!

The Murph Challenge is back!
Show your patriotism by honoring fallen combat veteran Lt. Murphy by completing the WOD (workout of the day) on May 21st!
Participants can register for 3 different heats:
HEAT 1: 7 AM
HEAT 2: 11 AM
HEAT 3: 4 PM
