Important Info:
- Top Male and Female with most accumulated weight will receive a BONUS AWARD
- All participants reaching the 500lbs/1000lbs Club will receive an award and get their name on the club leader board.
- Women's 500lbs Club
- Men's 1000lbs Club
- Must reserve a time slot with Bell Gym staff for a 60 minute time slot
Competition Rules:
- Must complete a max rep of a Squat, Bench, and Deadlift totaling 500lbs / 1000lbs or more to be on the club leader board.
- 60 minutes to complete all lifts.
- (3) Attempts will be given on same lifts during 60 minute time slot.
- All lifts occur same day with Bell Gym staff present
- Bell Gym Staff will judge if lift is in good form or if another rep is needed.
