Army Community Service will conduct a Trick or Treat event to coincide with Halloween. Parents and their children will meet up at 250 Rock Island Road. The children will be going to variuos organizations in the garrison. If interested, please contact ACS at (575) 678-6767. This will allow the staff to coordinate bussing transportation if needed.
