Registration forms will be available at Bell Gym Bldg. 236 or click Registration Form PDF

Step1: Download any user friendly app that will track your steps

Step 2: Get a bunch of your friends and co-workers and start being active

Step 3: Upload a screenshot of your steps every week and send them to the Wellness Coordinator at Bell Gym

Step conversion chart for all active behavior will be available with registration
