A monthly challenge board will be posted inside Bell Gym with the first place leader of each month at the top of the list. Win the the challenge and your name will be up on the board year long!

Febuary Max effort free throws in 1 min.
March Max effort knee tucks in 1 min.
April Max effort laps w/ farmers carry(53/35) in 3 min.
May Max effort burpees in 1 min.
June Max effort 3-pointshooting in 1 min.
July Max effort pull-ups in 1 min
August Max effort 250 meter swim for time
September Max effort push-ups in 1 min
October Max distance football throw
November 500 meter swim for time
December Max distance ACFT ball throw

 

Anyone at anytime in the month can test or retest with a staff member to compete or better thier score.

Winners of the month can win a Bell Gym T-shirt or Water Bottle.
