|October||Max distance football throw|
|November||500 meter swim for time|
|December||Max distance ACFT ball throw|
Anyone at anytime in the month can test or retest with a staff member to compete or better thier score.
Winners of the month can win a Bell Gym T-shirt or Water Bottle.
