On Wednesday, August 7th athletes will have two chances (11am & 4:30pm) during the day to compete in 3 events that will test your strength and endurance. The winner of each event will get there name up on the board.
Event 1:
1 Rep Max Snatch - The weight of the heaviest successful snatch is the athlete's score
Event 2:
1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk - The weight of the heaviest successful clean and jerk is the athletes score
Event 3:
21-15-9 Reps For Time - The athlete will grab the handle and begin rowing, once they have rowed 21 calories you will move to the barbell for 21 thrusters, then to the pullup bar for 21 toes to bar, then back to the rower for the round of 15 and round of 9. Your score will be the time it takes to complete all 135 repetitions. There is no time cap for this event.

$40 Heavy Package - Includes entry and choice of sweatshirt or sweatpants
$20 Hot Package - Includes entry and choice of headwear or tank/t-shirt
